Starlink – Gamechanger

Starlink is a game-changer for me!

I’m travelling around Australia (in remote areas as far as possible) whilst working and living on the road.

My ventures, (Boldacious Digital and Living On The Road) inspire people to run their business while living on the road indefinitely.

Fast internet is essential to both my business ventures and because I usually locate my office in beautiful remote areas that are beyond Telstra reach, I need Starlink.

So far, my Starlink has been easy to set up and very fast

I’m living in a shed at Tolga at the moment so have 240V power, but I’ll test it on my 240 Ah lithium batteries next week.

My setup is based around my travelling office. I will be working 2-3 days per week and exploring or relaxing for the rest of the week. This schedule is, of course, totally flexible.

I communicate with my clients almost entirely via Zoom.

I also communicate asynchronously with software such as Loom, Slack and Tango.
